Pozzuoli Red is a warm, orange-red earth tone, slightly deeper and warmer than Venetian Red. This natural earthy color is made from an earth pigment originates from the volcanic areas near Pozzuoli, Italy, and has been used since the Renaissance period.
Composition: Iron oxide (Fe2O3), derived from iron ore deposits.
