Phthalo Blue Cyan is a brilliant, intense cyan blue with a strong green undertone.
Phthalocyanine pigments were discovered accidentally in 1928 and commercially developed in the 1930s. PB15:3 is the beta crystal form, which is the most stable and greenest version of phthalo blue.
