Yellow Ochre Light is a pale warm yellow color that is one of the oldest pigments used by mankind. It is a natural earth pigment that originally came from iron oxides found in the earth. It is not usable as a pigment until it is extracted from quarries, separated from the sand, and blended with other ochres from different veins to achieve the desired color.
Yellow Ochre Light is one of the many variations of natural yellow earth pigments available and is considered to be the most transparent of the natural yellow earth.
