PBr24 Naples Yellow is a modern synthetic pigment that serves as a safer alternative to the historical Naples Yellow, which was originally made with toxic lead antimonite.
It is an opaque, pinkish-yellow color reminiscent of the Renaissance-era original. It has excellent lightfastness and weather resistance, as well as good granulation in watercolor applications.
