Hostaperm Blue is a family of high-quality organic pigments based on copper phthalocyanine compounds. Hostaperm Blue R5R is a high-performance organic pigment developed by Clariant, belonging to a newer series of benzimidazolone dioxazine pigments.
The high color strength and vividness appear typical of carbazole violet pigments, and it has excellent weatherfastness and durability akin to indanthrone blue pigments.
