PRICING

Due to the linked exchange rate system, all prices shown on the website are in United State Dollars(USD). For international orders, you will be charged the exact exchange rate by your credit/debit card from your bank. Please check the currency converter to estimate the exchange rate for your currency.

PAYMENT

We accept all credit cards ( Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal payment.

We do not hold or save the card information. All transactions are processed with security and encrypted by payment systems or processors.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEE

You may be charged an extra fee from the credit card company which display the name of L’oeil. Please note that the fee is not charged by L’oeil. We do not have the authority to refund the fee since it is charged by your bank when you make a purchase outside your country. Please contact your credit card provider or bank directly in regards to this charge.

VALUE-ADDED TAXES(VAT)

L’oeil is a Hong Kong limited company and complied with Hong Kong regulations. We do not charge our customers any taxes. However, you may have to deal with customs and import taxes. This tax may vary from country to country and it is based on the total parcel values.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

We ship international packages DDU ( duties and taxes unpaid) which means the customs fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from us. All fees are applied to the recipient in order to receive the parcel. International customers are responsible to pay any inbound duties, taxes, and any fees charged by local customs authority.
